Hand pleated viscose jersey body con dress by Vicky Tiel Couture, circa 1980s. Features a strapless bodice with crossover knot detail that wraps across both shoulders, emulating a kind of V-neck sailor collar that fastens at the back with a keyhole cut out. The pleats are hand-stitched into place at vertical intervals and create ruching. The dress is lined with internal boning structure.
