Spring Summer 2016 black linen pinafore skirt by British designer Phoebe English. Handmade in London. The skirt features elegant long shoulder straps which support the skirt and create a silhouette reminiscent of a pinafore or apron. The straps are held together at the nape of the neck and the hem of the skirt features raw edges.
