Pleated long-sleeved floor-length dress by Mary McFadden circa late 1970s/ early 80s. Finished beautifully with hand-tacked baby bias bound neckline and piped waistband. Features a vertical inserted ruffle across the chest that secures with tiny snaps at the shoulder. Fastens with a size zip and snaps at the waist.
