Pleated long sleeved by Mary McFadden circa late 1970s/ early 80s. Finished beautifully with hand-tacked baby bias bound neckline and piped waistband. Features lettuce edge hems, with leg of mutton sleeves and a low back cut that fastens at the small of the back with a zip and hook and eye. Missing the label.
