Strapless blue velvet dress and matching cropped cape by David Fielden from the 80s. Features gold gilded cord or aiguillettes stitched to the pointed bust-line of the dress and the cape with tassels on each shoulder. The hem of the dress is stiffened with padding for a more dramatic skirt shape.
