Half blazer , half ruffled blouse cut from a thick stocking like fabric , by Comme des Garcons from 2007 . Features half a fully constructed jacket complete with lapels , a two-piece sleeve and patch pockets . The other half of the top has a ruffled blouse sleeve appliquéd around the sleeve , the back panels are joined with a raw edge exposed and uneven vent forms at the hem .

Condition : good , the fabric is going thin at the right shoulder , this has created a discolouration as shown . There are also some small pulls in the fabric as shown .
