Christian Dior tailored fine grey wool 40s style trouser suit, circa the late 1990s-2000s. The weave of the wool alternates in rows to create a shimmering illusion.
The jacket features a wide waterfall sailor collar, roleau loop buttoned cuffs, and triangle gusset inserts under the armpits which aid movement and fit. The jacket is lined with cream silk which features an embroidered monogram, fastening with a single hook and eye. The trousers are a high-waisted cut with a wide, relaxed leg and turn ups.
