Beautiful Kaftan dress constructed from panels in mixed media of black silk velvet, beaded sequin flowers, jacquard silk and lamé and lace by Thea Porter c. early 1980s. Features a belt that inserts through two welted slits in the kaftan, to fasten in a tie at the front.
