A matching lined leather strapless top and kilt with matching buckled straps by Mugler, circa 1990s. The top is shaped with panels to fit the bust and waist, and features a centre-front covered zip with a ‘belt’ that buckles at the top. The kilt fastens with snap fastenings and two matching belt buckles.
