A stunning Thea Porter Couture hand printed and dyed black and red silk chiffon maxi dress, circa the late 1960s. The print features jewel toned purple tie dye diamonds and white resist printed geometric diamonds. The bodice is fitted to the empire line from which the skirt flares. The fluted sleeves finish at the elbow and feature double purple velvet trimming. This motif is repeated along the hem.
